Okay, it’s “time to scream about possible symbolism” again. 

If TG is set in 2015 right now,so it’s not leap year yet in the story, then Furuta and Kaneki are maybe both born in 1992 (x). Kaneki will turn 23 soon and Arima will turn 33 then. So Arima is 10 years older than Kaneki which means he’s born in 1982.

Remember this post here (x) and what I said about Furuta and Arima and the tarot card the moon?…It fits even more now if Arima is born in 1982 because then he would be really born in the year of the dog.

It’s either just a coincidence or Arima (dog; moon in his name (x)) & Furuta (crayfish; sun in his name (x)) are really related to the moon stage (which shows a dog, a crayfish, the sun and the moon together (x)) in the Fool’s journey :’).
