@furuta-is-my-daddy and @hysyartmaskstudio So i checked the pages again and they are completely different kagune.
I am thinking that maybe Kanou added Rize kagune to him so he can defeat Eto, recently.
But the confusion about his species had happened because of the another kagune.
I think there might be something to that. Look at his back.

That obvious scar is also where it seems the kagune we saw this chapter is coming from, and it’s far higher than most rinkaku we have seen. Lower than a koukaku, but higher than where a rinkaku usually comes out.
But there is a faint smaller scar much closer to where the usual rinkaku exit point is, and where it seems his other kagune come from.
Very perplexing indeed.
Although those lines could be a set of other scars and the kagune scale pattern doesn’t fully fit how Kaneki’s usually looks, I do want to point out that Kaneki has presented his kagune in a similar branch/wing-like fashion before while fighting Nishiki:
That’s a good catch. Though in this fight in particular, Kaneki goes through replicating a whole bunch of different kagune types including Tsukiyama’s koukaku, and Arima’s IXA (a koukaku quinque.
I don’t know who this pattern would have been from, though.
Kaneki does mold and shape his kagune into a lot of different shapes and if Furuta’s is the same base then it is certainly possible that he can do the same.
Eto told Karren that kagune are shaped by imagination and limited by RC count and quality. So I suppose it’s possible that the two vastly different kagune we see Furuta using are the same Rinkaku, after all.
Still, there are dozens of unanswered questions… I’m sure Ishida will answer them all in due time, but in the meantime, I’m sitting here on fire.
After receiving a strong blow, Arima is hunched over.
Arima: … Kaneki: …It’s over. Kaneki: Your Quinque has been damaged, in this situation, fighting is—
As if to block out those words, Arima leaps away.
Arima: …I have to continue until I kill the opponent. Kaneki: !!
Kaneki lets out his kagune and it gets cut down by the already broken Quinque. Soon enough, Kaneki stops Arima’s Quinque with his right arm, both of them right in front of each other.
Kaneki: This is so like you…. Arima: …
The two take distance again while judging each other’s actions.
Kaneki: (For sure… if it’s Arima-san, he can still fight even with a damaged Quinque…) Kaneki: (Should I aim for his leg…? To stop his movement…) Kaneki: (Or his arm…)
Kaneki was keeping an eye on Arima’s right arm which was holding the Quinque but Arima manages to pierce thru Kaneki’s abdomen with the Quinque.
Kaneki: …..The fight… has already been… decided. Kaneki: Doing something like this… Kaneki: Is pointless (in vain). Arima: …
Arima slowly pulls out the Quinque.
Arima: ……………………….. Arima: …So you also don’t have intentions of…. killing me? Kaneki: …Yes. Arima: …………………
Arima: ….So this is defeat.
Arima: I’ve been an investigator for 18 years. Arima: …And this is the first time I became empty-handed in front of the opponent.
Arima: I’ll ask you again one last time.
Kaneki: …!
Arima: So you have no intention of doing the final kill? Kaneki: …My feelings haven’t changed.
Arima: …. Arima: Alright.
And using the broken Quinque, Arima slices a part of his neck.
So Arima was looking at Kaneki to kill, him and even when he said no he was still determined to die.
Maybe in the next chapter Kaneki will finally understand him. After all it might make sense of why Kaneki weirdly mimicking Arima up until the point he had prepared for himself to die… (non-baidu spoilers).
