Hoodwinked is a fun and good time what is this blasphemy

The animation was terrible but it was a pretty damn good movie.

The animation was no better than a PS2 cutscene but the writing was solid.

I saw Hoodwinked in theatres, and I don’t regret it one bit. The writing is really quite remarkable – like, it’s clearly a movie for meme-loving fucks, but it’s funny even if you don’t catch any of the references. Plus, it made a hundred million dollars at the box office on budget less than one-tenth that, so technically it was a huge success.

(As for Home on the Range, I maintain that its existence is entirely justified by this musical number.)
