For some reason this made me laugh.

Seeing it in English it has been made absolutely clear that Urie noticed something about the food’s flavor, and then decided to say nothing (because those comments did not sound like something that would come out of Urie’s mouth).

It’s upseting because it pretty much confirms Urie’s sense of taste is changing, but it’s also hilarious because it sounds like Urie’s thinking. “Should I tell him his food sucks? I would, but I can’t afford to upset him even if it sucks.” Which is such a Urie thing to say.
