I would say Seidou and Akira.

There are a lot of ways to interpret it but I kind of have the feeling that Seidou had a crush on her in canon?

  • His reaction when he saw her at the Auction was really interesting.
  • And there’s also his birthday card.
  • Hide, Houji and even his mother have teased him about Akira.
  • And it’s interesting how he thought about her while he was going to save Amon?
