I like the idea of Hide and Furuta being twins. Like it’s such a huge contrast between their personalities, actions, and behavior. Like I picture them standing side by side and people are thinking “HOW?!?” because Hide’s smile makes you relax and Furuta kinda makes you uneasy. But then I picture Hide giving people a smile that makes you uneasy and Furuta giving you a smile that makes you relax and it confuses the shit out of everyone. IDK I just like thinking about Hide interacting with other characters. Cause legit, almost all these characters are connected to each other in one way or another (kinda, KINDA) 

That will be funny if they ended up being twins, because that means we have to wait till 2020 to celebrate Hide’s birthday 😛

Tokyo Ghoul is already over by that year.

Nah, Leap Year birthday Hide takes the opposite approach Furuta does. He demands everyone celebrate his birthday on both February 28th AND March 1st.

“Hush it’s my birthday and I say that’s how quantum mechanics works, so that’s how quantum mechanics works. Besides, my twin brother isn’t celebrating AT ALL, so I get twice the birthdays. That’s just math.”
