I… feel like I am uniquely not in a position to really talk about what Arima is doing here because there is probably a ton of cultural context that I am not in any sort of place, as an American, to talk about with any sort of sensitivity, given that I really don’t know how sensitive I can really be about battle-field and honor-based suicides.

Because of philosophical and personal stuff.

That said, that context is probably really important, and if someone else writes it up, I’ll reblog it.
